2. Products & Services

  • Custom Handmade Books: Each book is created after purchase. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur.

  • Digital Downloads: Available immediately after purchase. Files are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

  • Non-Custom Items: Stickers, bookmarks, and other physical goods are also offered and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Payment is required at checkout and processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

  • Processing times vary by product type (custom vs. non-custom) and are outlined in our Shop Policies.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Custom & Personalized Products: Non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Digital Downloads: Final sale, non-refundable.

  • Non-Custom Products: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, at buyer’s expense, and with prior approval by Color With Piper.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and product content offered on this Site are the intellectual property of Color With Piper.

  • Digital downloads are sold under a personal-use license only. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to coloring materials bleeding through pages or damage caused by user error.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
