Welcome to Color With Piper! Every product we offer is created with love, care, and attention to detail. To help you shop with confidence, here are our shop policies regarding orders, shipping, refunds, and more.

1. Orders & Processing

  • Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time! The time it takes to fill an order varies due to order volume, holidays, etc. but generally, they ship within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) from when you place your order. After we ship the package, it is in the hands of USPS who will be delivering your item at the shipping rate you selected. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates.

  • Digital Downloads: Available immediately after purchase.

Please note: Since custom books are handmade, small variations may occur. This is part of the unique charm of owning a one-of-a-kind item!

2. Shipping Policy

  • Rates & Options: All items are shipped with USPS

    • Sticker Saver — $1.50 (no tracking)
      Sticker-only orders ship in a stamped envelope to keep your costs low.

    • Sticker Standard — $3.95 (with tracking)
      USPS Ground Advantage, recommended if you want delivery updates.

    • Standard — $4.95 (4–8 oz)

    • Standard — $6.95 (8–16 oz)

    • Standard — $9.95 (16–32 oz)

    • Standard — $12.95 (32–48 oz)

    • Free shipping - Orders $50+ ship free in the U.S.

  • Delivery estimates
    USPS Ground Advantage usually arrives in 3–6 business days after shipping. Holiday volumes or weather can slow things down.

  • Tracking
    All options above include tracking except Sticker Saver. If a sticker order exceeds letter size we’ll upgrade it to tracked at no extra cost.

  • Lost or delayed mail
    Tracked shipments: we don't have any additional shipping information beyond what you are able to access with the tracking number. We advise that you contact USPS to locate your package(s).
    Sticker Saver: because there’s no tracking we can’t replace missing envelopes, but they rarely go missing.

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packed.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or, for sticker orders, a notification email that we have mailed your order.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier; delays caused by postal services are outside of our control.

3. Refunds & Returns

Personalized & Custom Products

  • All custom-made items (including personalized coloring books and custom photo-based editions) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@colorwithpiper.shop. We will work with you to provide a replacement or solution.

Digital Downloads

  • All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

  • If you experience any issues downloading your files, reach out and we will assist you promptly.

Non-Custom Physical Products

  • Stickers, bookmarks, and other non-custom products may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense only after Color With Piper has discussed the issue with the customer and approved the return.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

4. Cancellations

  • Custom Books: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the work to create the book may have already begun, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

  • Non-Custom Products: Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@colorwithpiper.shop.

5. Digital Downloads

  • Files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • Please ensure you have the correct software or apps needed to open and print digital files before purchasing.

  • Due to the instant delivery method, there are NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS for digital downloads.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy. Your personal information (name, address, email) is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and communication regarding your purchase.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal — we never store your credit card details.
